Michele Paladines
While pursuing her Bachelor's degree
in Art History at the University of Illinois at Chicago, Michele
Paladines works as a part-time librarian assistant at the Oak Park
Public Library. Drawing upon her background in graphic design and art
history, she promotes library programs through her eye-catching designs
and displays. Michele also assists in purchasing art books for the
collection at the main library and its two branches. Her hope is to
combine all of these elements into academic librarianship. When she is
not reading, writing or studying for school, Michele enjoys creating
art work of her own and reading non-academic books!
